5. Transactions & Financial Withdrawals
All financial deposits and transactions are valid only when processed through the company’s authorized payment gateways. Fund transfers and profit withdrawals are strictly governed by official company policies, which may be revised periodically without prior liability.
6. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All payments, service purchases, and plan activations made within Capitalwavez are completely Non-Refundable. Once a transaction is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances. Users are advised to review all details carefully before participating.
7. Prohibited & Fraudulent Activities
- Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts using false identities.
- Unauthorized usage, reproduction, or promotion of the company’s brand name, logo, or intellectual property.
- Soliciting, cross-promoting, or marketing competitive platforms to existing Capitalwavez members.
- Engaging in any deceptive, illegal, or malicious activities that disrupt system integrity.
8. Limitation of Liability & Service Continuity
Capitalwavez operates on an "As Available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The company shall not be held liable for any unexpected technical glitches, server downtimes, data loss, or failures caused by third-party service providers.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Failure to comply with any section of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notification. Capitalwavez holds final authority regarding account management actions.
