By creating a new account on Growcent1, you agree to all our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• All information provided during signup must be true and complete.
• Using another person’s information is strictly prohibited.

3. Account & Security

After registration, you will receive a User ID and Password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to Growcent1 immediately.

4. Services & Plans

Growcent1 provides only digital services and membership plans. The company reserves the right to modify its plans, services, or rules at any time. All income/rewards will be based on company policies.

5. Payments & Withdrawal

All transactions are valid only through the company’s authorized payment gateway/method. Any fund transfer or withdrawal will be done as per company policies. The company reserves the right to modify the payment structure at any time.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

Any payment/investment made with Growcent1 is strictly Non-Refundable. Once the payment is made, no refund or cancellation will be possible under any circumstances. Please read all terms carefully before registration or joining any plan.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts or providing false information.
• Using or promoting the company’s name/logo without permission.
• Promoting other companies’ plans within Growcent1’s platform or members.
• Any illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activity.

8. Disclaimer

Growcent1 shall not be held responsible for any unexpected technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. All services are provided strictly on an “As Available” basis.

9. Termination

Your account may be terminated without prior notice in case of violation of rules. The company reserves full rights to suspend or terminate any account.

10. Privacy & Data Policy

Information provided by users (such as name, email, mobile number, bank details, etc.) will be securely stored by the company. This information will only be used for account management, service communication, and company operations. The company will not share personal data with any unauthorized third party. Users are responsible for ensuring their personal details remain accurate and updated.

Termination Deed

This deed shall be applicable to all Leaders and Members of Growcent1 Community. The purpose of this deed is to maintain the reputation, discipline, and integrity of the organization.

1. Conduct

Every Leader/Member must strictly follow the rules and values of the organization. Any misconduct, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior will lead to strict action.

2. Financial Discipline

Any kind of fraud, false promises, or fake transactions will result in immediate termination of membership.

3. Reputation of the Organization

Any activity that damages the reputation of the organization (such as misleading promotions, spreading false information, or negative propaganda on social media) shall be treated as a serious offense.

4. Confidentiality

Sharing internal information of the organization (such as strategies, plans, data, etc.) without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Cross-Promotion Restriction

If any Leader/Member, while being a part of Growcent1, promotes or markets any other company’s plan, or makes deals on behalf of any other company, his/her account shall be immediately terminated.

6. Termination

Any Leader/Member found violating the above rules shall have their membership terminated without any prior notice. The decision of the organization shall be final and binding.

7. Non-Refund Policy

Once a Leader/Member’s account is terminated, their entire investment/package/plan shall be non-refundable. No claims, compensation, or refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.
