Capitalwavez exclusively offers digital services and structured membership plans. The company reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or modify its plans, rewards, and operational guidelines at any time based on internal policies.
All financial deposits and transactions are valid only when processed through the company’s authorized payment gateways. Fund transfers and profit withdrawals are strictly governed by official company policies, which may be revised periodically without prior liability.

Once a transaction is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances. Users are advised to review all details carefully before participating.
Capitalwavez operates on an "As Available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The company shall not be held liable for any unexpected technical glitches, server downtimes, data loss, or failures caused by third-party service providers.
Failure to comply with any section of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notification. Capitalwavez holds final authority regarding account management actions.

This binding deed sets forth the discipline, professional conduct, and integrity required from all Leaders and Members within the Capitalwavez Community.
Every affiliate, leader, and member must maintain professional decorum. The use of abusive language, threats, defamation, or inappropriate behavior against the community or management will trigger immediate disciplinary actions.
Any instance of internal financial fraud, making unauthorized financial promises, or manipulating transactions will lead to immediate membership revocation.
Activities that harm the public reputation of Capitalwavez—including spreading misinformation, launching negative social media campaigns, or engaging in negative propaganda—will be treated as a severe breach of contract.
Members are strictly prohibited from sharing confidential internal documents, system data, marketing strategies, or operational plans with external entities without explicit written permission.
While being associated with Capitalwavez, no Leader or Member is permitted to promote, market, or build teams for any other competitive platform. Violation of this anti-poaching policy will result in instant account termination.
The management of Capitalwavez reserves the definitive right to terminate any member found violating this deed without notice. All decisions made by the organization shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
Upon the termination of a Leader or Member’s account due to policy violations, all active packages, pending rewards, and balances shall be immediately forfeited and remain entirely non-refundable.
